My Long-term Goal

Your primary residence, or vacation property may be one of the largest financial investments of your life. I am dedicated to developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with my clients and to provide them with essential information on a regular basis by updating them on property values and market conditions. I maintain a high level of communication so you always know where you stand in the market place. I always provide the same high level of service to any referrals for friends and family of clients. The real work starts after the deal is closed.

I was raised in Toronto but as a lifelong cottager, Muskoka has always been my second home. When I ‘retired’ from the hectic life of the Foreign Exchange Markets I decided that Muskoka was the place to raise my family and start a new career in Real Estate... that was 1994. I doggedly educated myself on the unique nuances and important factors to consider when valuing property in Muskoka. From a tiny family cottage on a small lake or a large estate on Lake Muskoka, Rosseau, or Joseph – each property is unique and equally important. One of my passions is helping my buyer settle into their new property. I provide guidance for those new to the area such as recommending local amenities and service providers. The other side of the coin I enjoy is seeing my seller attain the results they want, such as selling the family cottage or home and moving on to another stage in their lives. Real Estate can be a very satisfying profession and for me, that is certainly true.
Since 1994 I have been involved in the sale of hundreds of properties.
